My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, right next to a huge pedestrian area and walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The rooms, however, were cramped and lacking air-conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot. The service was friendly overall, although at times, they were unhelpful.
